Preparing forms 1099-Misc and 1096 are not difficult, but they do consume time. I can assist with how to quickly identify business vendors likely to require a 1099-Misc, inform you of filing requirements and provide annual friendly reminders of when they are due. Alternatively, I can complete the necessary forms for your business.

In addition, I prepare the required annual unclaimed funds reports for a nominal fee, should there be no unclaimed funds.
